Got the other 22-2 today and its in pretty good shape with just one little problem and thats the left brake was not working very well. Looks like the spring for the break has been replaced with the wrong size and its not strong enough to stop the reel soon enough in fast forward. No big deal to replace.
Other than that nice unit.

Well I dont think I could ever catch Reel, Plus he has already got all the good units.
I am not that great of a musician and my hearing is shot and I dont have a lot of buddy,s that will come record cause they all have their own stuff.
So I have to do something. I have always loved the gear and could never afford it when it came out when I was in my twenties. So I thought why not.

By the way I bought this one today also besides I had a spare dx-4d with out a machine to hook it too.

I'm not quick enough on the trigger finger, as you! That 22-4 is in like-new condition. Good for parts after UPS gets a hold of it!! Heh,... KIDDING!!!

I reel-y wanted that 22-4, but oh well, I don't have any room for it, anyway. That's a great BIN price, though, to be sure. I saw that, and I almost popped for it, immediately, but while thinking it over, BOOM, Herm got it!! You gotta be fast to beat me & Herm to all the best Tascam deals!
