can any one help fix problem on a roland EM-2000?

anyone play a roland em-2000. my freind has one, but he can figure it out. i tried to help, but could do it for him. see when i use the Song tools, the sixteen tracks. when ever i record something, the soung always switches back to an original piano sound. i can't get it to keeps the tones on different traces. no matter how i tried, in the end when i load the song i wrote form the disk, all i hear is the piano sound. if someone could help me out and tell me how to change this problem, i'd be very grateful. thanks a lot everyone.

I hate Roland!

I'm not familiar with this model and couldn't find anything about it on Roland's site. Is it new?

Their documentation is practically useless. One of my many pet peeves about them. It's funny that they have no problem writing their advertising in perfect English, but they can't seem to write a manual that makes sense in any language.

vova,

I'm not familiar with the EM-2000 Arranger Keyboard, but I did find at Rolands site a help page for it - link below. Maybe you can find your answer there.
