Question Headphone amp Extension Cord ?

I have a 4 output headphone. amp and I want to Build some cables from it to place in select spots, in my Home studio. what type of "cord/cable" do I use to make the Extensions ?

instrument or speaker wire

If you go back to page 2 on this forum, I asked basically the same question. Look under the heading Studio Headphones. Steve (knightfly) gives a very detailed description of what to do. Good Luck!
