should i buy this board?
my friend has a board he wants to sell me and i need a board. its a allen and heath 16 mixwizard he wants to sell it for 800 dollars. i dont know much about this stuff, but i looked at it and it seemed nice. would you buy this board?

my experience with allen and heath has always been good. One of the better brand names from what I have heard. But then I could be wrong

ya, if I got a chance to play around with it and it worked. A club I gig at all the time bought allen and heath and I think the board was 5K .. 24 channel with 8 submixes? I think ... something like that .. I forget

The average price is $782. If it's in great condition it's a decent deal but nothing spectacular. |

You don't say what you need it for. That aside, it's a great little mixer. If its in good condition, that's a fair enough price. It does not have sub groups, but it has six aux sends on 6 knobs, no sharing like mackie. The 4 band eq with dual sweepable mids is very handy as well.
