Nueno questions

I just got Nuendo, and I have a couple of simple questions that for some reason I can't find in the manual.


1. How do you punch in at the same place without needing to set the left marker over and over again?

2. How do you get a metranome precount before punch-in?

I clicked 2 measure metronome precount, but it just starts recording right when I click record.
