Click Track Bleed

I'm recording guitar by going directly into my Mackie 1642 and using Cubase SX. For some reason when I use the click track in Cubase it records it as well.
I assume that its because I'm going direct into my mixer with my guitar, although it doesn't do it with my acoustic electric. weird.

anybody got any idea?

thanks a lot
