audio mix reason+nuendo

Hi there,
I am using reason(2.5) +nuendo(2.0)in the rewire mode and i am having this problem here:
When I am ready to mix everything into a wave file, somehow i get two files: one L file and other R file from the same music.
Even though the "non chanel split" is turn on in the "audio mix settings"
can any one help me please

Is this during Export Audio Mixdown?
If so, make sure that the output is set to... Stereo Interleaved.
