they sell them at the tascam center for 18$ plus shipping and handling the number is 323/727-7617 i called and they have it if you live on the west coast they reside in montebello CA on Washington and Telegraph you could just walk in and ask for it and save yourself the shipping and handling. if some one purchases one scan and send me a copy aswell to all who may need it. thanks and hope this helps

Okay. Lemmie see if I understand this. Instead of buying an $18 manual and paying the (about) $5 s+h charge, you want one of the users of this board to go into Tascam HQ, buy it, scan it and then send it to you either via snail mail or by some electronic means.
