Yeah, I'm trying to get as much as I can from the 244 and reserve the other heavier "artillery" for other, more important jobs ..

Dave, you really should put up some more "Analog" tunes on your site! Always a joy to listen to!! The site needs more "updates" tho. You also should make a "signature" to appear with your every post with a link to your NWR site. Just a suggestion ..

As an aside, I noticed that some parts get a bit burried in the mix. Now, I think the dynamics of my voice are fine and so I don't want to compress and that the balance of music and voice are good but still I would like those "parts" to be more clear. Which frequencies should I take out from the backing track ? The lower ones ? Any other advice re this issue ?

Unfortunately, no, I did not write it .. it's not mine. I just used a backing track of an original and put a vocal to it.

The voice is mine though ..
