Question Is there any possible to Quantize "Wav" drum?

Emphsis "real" drum....
we all know that Midi drum can be quantize
how about real drum recording?
Can we quantize the wav. format notes?

I've never head of one, doesn't mean there isn't. You can however (depending on the DAW proggie you use) highlight the offending note\beat and drag it in the time-line to line it where you want it. Some programs offer a snap to grid option, which can help in lining up things. Personally, I'd don't worry about trying to fix poor playmanship with the sequencer. Either they live with their inabilities printed or they re-track.
Most often I suggest that they but more effort into practicing with a metronome.

I usually do it manually by cutting, looping and time stretching parts.
