Hello.
I can't manage to automate CubaseSx Vst built-in Delay from my Edirol PCR30. The Generic Remote Tab configuration doesn't give any access to Vst parameters. Is anyone in the Forum capable to control any Vst Effect from any Generic Remote ? Please give us the solution ! ![]() |

Have you tried using the read and write buttons on the mixer?

Yes I have.
The problem is how to link some buttons, faders... to vst effects from a midi/usb remote. I'm using cubase to perform in real time so I need to tweak several parameters of vst effects at a time without looking at my monitor (because I need to look at the stage). The only way to do that is to use a midi controller. I can't believe a 750 dollars audio software cannot do that. Maybe people who kwow how to are on holidays ? |

Ok, I think I'd better go and see what's going on with Ableton Live 4 ....

I found the solution thanks to a french forum:
http://fr.forums.audiofanzine.com/ap...dsearch,0.html My effect is a delay on track 1 - insert 1 I want to command delay-time with a rotative button which is assign to pan 1 (by using the learning function) Inside the generic remote tab, at the bottom table, I choose: Pan 1 -> Vst Mixer -> Audio 1 -> Insert effect 1 : time And this is ok ! ![]() |
