a stupid question, plz help

i just bought some equipment, and i connected them. but when i was singing, i can't hear the sound from speaker. by the way, i was useing headphone. i dunno if my connection is wrong or what. and any way can help me to hear the sound when i was singing?

What kind of microphone are you using and how do you have it connected to the US-122?
When you were singing, did you see any of the meters in the program move?

Some audio programs require you to select the sound card, others will detect it automatically.

u can check the website, it's really easy to plug in the mic, there r 2 mic in input. i just use a normal mic. when i was singing, i can see the meters move.and i also select the US 122 to be sound card. US 122 is a sound card with mixer.

Here's what you're not getting: I need to know EXACTLY how YOU have YOUR gear set up. Otherwise I can't help you.

i just connected the USB cable from US 122 to my computor, then install the driver. plug in the headphone and mic. it's really easy. do you have the same problem before? or it is right there is no sound in ur headphone when u r singing?

The US-122 supports direct monitoring, so there's probably something in the audio program you need to select to enable monitoring. It may say something like MONITOR INPUT. I'm not familiar enough with GigaStudio to know where or what that is, though.

dun worry about gigastudio 24, it's a sampler.
