Acid with Windows Server 2003
I installed Acid 4.0f on Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, and it didn't run. The splash screen came out and that was it.

Any known problems with Acid and my OS?

No I didn't. In fact it worked until i updated to version 4f via the patch from the official website.
