Mobile Recording: Opinions & Advice
I'm going to start up a small mobile recording service and I'm planning on using a Tascam 2488 for recording bands in their practice spaces and live shows.
Has anyone had any experience in the mobile recording game? I eventually want my own home studio but I figure this is a good way to get started first. I have 10 years experience with 4-tracks and the Tascam 488mkII and I'm ready to get up to the next level.
Thanks in any advance for any thoughts, suggestions or comments.

Invisible thought waves - you put them into the machine by sending them through the controls and the knobs or you jack it into the jack panel. The jack panel is the brain itself, so you got to patch up the brain and make the brain a living man, that the brain can take what you sending into it and live." Lee Perry
