Good enough mix? come on man, this isn't about getting the perfect mix. It's a homerecording compilation - different music, different recording enviroments, different equipment. Submit whatever you have, that's the whole point!

Yeah, I've gotten a LOT of messages with "I can't finish in time...I don't have anything good enough."

This CD is all about home recording, not "great" music. The CD won't be great because the music is necessarily great....it'll be great because of what we were able to do, regardless of how inconsiquential it might "really" be.

Hell, the mix on the song I'm submitting sucks...the song is kind of annoying...and I can't really change it because I lost the original tracks. HA! But I'm still going to submit it.

You're going to kick yourself in the ass a year from now for not getting on this CD. When we release HomeRecording.Comp Volume II you're going to wish that everyone could have seen how far you've come.

Your right, I've just had a very bad week, changing jobs and my eighteen yr old daughter has been driving me crazy for the past week etc, hell I was at a point to just say fuck everything! But things are looking up "for now": so I'm gonna mix on it a couple more days and upload it as is. sure dont wanna have to kick myself in the ass slack, I got four females in my home kicking my ass every day!
