Micing Leslie

I need some advice in micing a Leslie cab for a live situation. I already ran a search and found info on how to mic the cab for recording but didn't come across anything for live situation.
The Church I play at uses one SM57 and sticks up close to the rotating horn. The mic pics up the swooshing and other funky sounds that come out of that thing. Is there any other way to mike this cab? How would I EQ in the mix?
Any help would be appreciated.
THanks in Advance

One mic on the horn and one on the woofer, unless you want a stereo sound, in which case you'd use two mics on the horn.
But a Leslie miked in stereo can cause a little nausea...

Any mic placed too close to the rotating elements will pick up mechanical and/or wind noise. For live sound, the SM57 will do fine (great, in fact). For recording, I like to use something a little more sensitive.

The frequency range of a Hammond organ is surprisingly small; I think it's pretty much done around 6000 Hz.

I've never needed EQ.

If it's picking up too much noise while you're not playing they need to gate it.

Sorry I'm a little late on this. I posted this awhile back but I'll say it again because Leslies are so darn cool!!!

I worked a concert last year at Philadelphia's TLa. It was Toby Mac and Kirk Franklin. The Leslie that Kirk's band used was miked up top by 1 or 2 sm57's about an inch from the cab and the rotating horn was mic'd by an sm7 with the windscreen on, about an inch or two from the rear of the cab. It was way LOUD to sit across from, especially on the high notes!!
