Cost and Distribution?

How close are you to deciding on cost? Also how you are going to distribute the cd's ie who's the poor unfortunate sole who has to make a copy and ship it off? I know this is probably bit early for all this, it's just that I know someone who wants to sell his US dollars and it'd help if i roughly new a ball park figure for the CD and shipping.
