destrutive editing without having to load up cool edit

Hi !!

can someone just quickly tell me how to delete (not just silence, in fact no, how to do both !) a section on individual waveforms and on all the waves in your song reasonably accurately. At the moment i cant figure how to do it and i have to load up cool edit to do it every time which is really annoying !

higlight part , go to file, down to silence part, or silence destructively , its right in n track or use volume envelopoes
