You have to do an INTERNAL MIXDOWN from your (16?) tracks first. It creates a two-track stereo master from your multi-track song. Even if you have only 3 tracks on a song, you still have to do an INTERNAL MIXDOWN to a two-track stereo master. The same thing is true even if you have a one track song... This is pretty well explained under that title in the manual. After you hit STOP when the mixed down song is over, the VF160 makes a whole new program of the new stereo master, using tracks one and two, adding "MIX" to the front of the title you already created. So "MYSONG" will have a two-track stereo master entitled "MIX-MYSONG". This way you can make different final mixes from the same song...
The only other way to burn tracks to a CD is via the BackUp option (wav or FDMS-3). The CD-DA option is what you use for making a music CD and it can only be done properly from a stereo program that says: "MIX.......)
