Question Questions about n-track ParEQ built in equalizer

new to n-track and using the built in ParEQ equalizer and having trouble figuring out how to set it up. How do I see the full details of my settings on the screen--like it shows on the demo download page on Fasoft website? I cant get it to show me all the bands and dials.

Also, how do I save my presets that I create? I thought I was saving by using the save icon disk...and it saves the preset name but not the settings. When I go back in most of the bands are gone and they are not where I left them when I saved.

And finally, where can I find all of the details of how to use it? I cant seem to locate it in the n-track manual. Where do I go to learn all about the features and how to utilize it fully?

Thanks for all help and advice in advance!
