Mic Preamp suggestions for a noob.
Ok so heres the deal: I have a rode NT1 mic and am looking at getting an Audiophile 24/96 soundcard (herd great things about it). Anyways i have about $300 dollars left to blow on a preamp and i want one the gives me the MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK!! I am just recording rap vocals so i dont need more than one or two inputs and my main concern is quality. Steer a noo-b in the right direction. I want a great sound on this budget. Thanx in advance.
