Vegas 4 - Full scene timeline map

Just unpacked Vegas 4.0.

This box was for long time keeping dust because I had no time to play with this.

Since I love SF I thought this might be more interesting then Adobe and maybe better (is it?) then AVID.

Could you tell me users out there, how do I activate full scene timeline map, in linear fashion, scene by scene, frame by frame, each free for cut & edit, from start to end?

Where do I get more plugins for the same?

Is there some plug-in to read native ATI "vcr" format?
