manley voxbox

Has anyone tried the Manley Voxbox or heard any commentary on it. So far all I have found is a Favorable - 1998 review in Prorec. But I am curious since I haven't seen that much discussion on any of the BBS regarding this.
Apparently they have a compressor that cuts in before the Pre-amp.

YUP i HAD ONE AND WILL BE BUYIN IT AGAIN. IT IS A VERY NICE MIC PRE COMPRESSION IS SWEET AND EQ IS A LIL LIMITED BUT WILL WORK WONDERS. OVERALL A GREAT PIECE AND THE ONLY REASON U DONT HEAR ALOT ABOUT IT IS CAUSE PEOPLE CANT AFFORD IT.
