Still can't deside: Fostex Vf-160 vs. Korg D16

First of all, Please dont got mad because this topic has come by many times before.

See the problem is. I realy would like to know what the diffrence between the D16 en the Vf-160 is. I mean really....

1) Quality
2)easy to use
3)how much effects can u use
4) are the compressors ok?
5)your own experiences...
6)is it good to record band-demo's with?

Please help caus i really cant choose.

P.s: what does "Built-in Assignable Compressor
Assignable (ch13+14 or ch15+16 with EQ off) and master compressors " mean?? (yeah i'm new to this stuff)
