Discrete drums

Didn't know where to post this, but I'm gonna buy Sonar, so...

Anyone had experience with the Discrete Drums product? Or like to recommend something else with loops and discrete drum hits?

Hey Boingo - I recently bought the Discrete Drums Series II box set. They sound great and are easy to work with, but I'm using them in Cubase (sorry to post in Cakewalk Forum ).

To me it was worth the cash as now I have total control over levels of individual drums, EQ on individual drums, etc...

Thanks. It just seemed weird to spend almost as much on a box of drum stuff as I am going to spend on the software. But the individual control is what I'm looking for.

There a lot of professional Drum sample CD on Ebay worth only $1.99 to $9.99 with the same quality you get from discrete drums.
