Using Vf-160 when playing live..??

Using Vf-160 when playing live..??

I was wondering.. Can i use vf-160 as an mixer on live situation? And if so, can i use effects and eq things at the same time?

I heard that all this kind of equipments will delay the sound little bit but i`m not sure..
