Minidisc accidental erase! Can it be undone??

I have a Sony Minidisc Walkman Recorder MZ-R37. I recorded a band and accidentally hit record afterwards, recording over the band recording! Can anyone tell me if the original recording can be recovered????

Thanks
MrTodd

Not if the TOC was rewritten! If you can hear the new recording, you have lost the older one.

With older Sonys, get VERY familiar with the end search button to avoid this accident again.
