Masterlink Hard Drive question

I was doing some work with really long audio files the other day and I began to realize how little hard drive space I have to work with. I remember there was a thread a while back about changing the hard drive in the masterlink but I can't seem to find it.
My question is-
How hard is it to change the hard drive in the masterlink? Does it involve soldering or is it a fairly simple task? How much will a new hard drive cost? What brands are a good option and where should I pick one up from?
