I want save 300mb in two zip disc of 250mb

hellow

I want save 300mb in two zip disc of 250mb from my fostex vf160, but day say "disc full" and eject the disc. in the manual say that itīs possible do that but i canīt do it. someone can help me.

zips

may have to reformat the zips, or erase them with the pc, they do go bad also, usually hear a clicking noise when the try and load

the disc are ok

the disc are ok because after fostex give me the "full disc" error i try save a wave whit 100 mb and they save ok, the problem itīs saving in more that 1 disc.

file to large

sorry dave in toledo, i give a mistake the fostex say "file to large" not "full disc". i reformat the discs and do the same thing.

winrar???

Try zipping or raring up your files with winrar to smaller file pieces. I have never tried this with a .wav file but it should work. I used to make 650 meg programs into 15mb chunks. email me and let me know how it goes, I might be able to help you more.

itīs possible zip in the fostex?!?!! my problem are save wav that are inside the fostex vf 160 to a zip drive.

are you sure about you say?
