A really amatuer ? pleeze help
i laid down a MIDI track on Pro Audio 9, acoustic grand piano. It was my theory project and i wanted it on wave. With this in mind, i recorded and mixed it and tried to go to tools and all the export audio options were grayed out and i can't seem to be able to export the audio. It's problably something really stupid, but still i need help. Thanks.

Arm a new audio track. Make sure that it's set to record off the MIDI synth (I'm guessing it's an on-board synth on the soundcard). You might need to check the Windows soundcard mixer. (See this article for details).Turn the metronome off (or else you'll get the incessant tick-tick-tick recorded too). Solo the MIDI track that you want to record, if there are more than one in your project. Hit record.
If that's not enough info, read this. |
