Connecting Souncraft Spirit Folio to MR-8?

Hey guys,

I need to know the best way to connect my Soundcraft Spirit Folio mixer to an Mr-8 track input. What cables? From which "out"? and will there be any deterioration in sound?

Thanks very much, Toledo! I was in store today and the salesman was steering me toward Br-864 instead of MR-8. he said its a better build and less noisy, but its also more $. Any comment?
