Dither in SF?

Hello everyone, I've been reading the forum for quite some time now...really great stuff. My question is about where to place a dither plug-in correctly in sound forge? I am a little more familiar with wavelab, and of course the dither plug-in goes right at the end of the chain when you render....say from 24-bit into a 16-bit file. But as far as sound forge goes, where exactly would this dither be placed? since there is really no 'render to' or 'export as' function in sound forge? i hope this doesn't sound stupid, just curious because as I said before I am a little more familiar with older versions of wavelab.
