fostex mixer 812

Can anyone please tell me anything about this mixer(fostex 812),i just got it of ebay for £90 but i cant find any info on it,its a 12 channel desk,but i dont understand what the {buss in}and {group out }is all about.I wanna run it with a tascam tsr but i'm at a loss with what goes where.cheers for any help
