FS: modified pair of DPA 4061s

using these little guys has convinced me to buy a pair of DPA 4006 omnis for my chamber music work, and i'm sorry to see them go, but...
this is a pair of DPA 4061s that were modified by bruce myers at DPA in colorado. the mics came from a pair fo 4065 headsets that were cut down to about 4" long and had microdot copnnectors attached for stand mounting. they come with a new pair of microdot>XLR adapters. they have an incredibly smooth sound and are perfect for close micing all kinds of acoustic instruments. i just did a series of short CDs with them for a pedal harp player to be packaged with some harp lessons she is having published. no boom, no plink - just smooooth and nice.

i paid $600 for the pair plus $95 each for the two adapters, and i'd like to get $625 OBO for the set up. you can see pictures of the mics here - http://www.taperssection.com/yabbse/...5342#msg195342

you can email me at jnorman34@comcast.netNOSPAM
