Firewire for laptop

Hey I was wondering is there anyway to get firewire on my laptop its a Toshiba Satellite with only 3 usb ports and no firewire. What can I buy to give my laptop firewire

Get a PCMCIA Firewire card.

Try and opt for a PCMCIA card that uses Texas Instruments based chip set, as they have the most compatibility record.
