I can't hear anything from my mic...

I use a logitech usb headset. I have used it before (couple months ago) and i heard myself fine on the multitrack recording, but now I try recording and When i play it I hear nothing? Also i don't see those wavy lines move neither so that suggest that my voice isn't going through at all. I've open the computer's volume controls and everything seems ok. Also the headset works because i use it on my playstation 2 and also when i plug it in my ppc and i blo in it, i hear myself through the headphone part.

Anyone have any other suggestions that might be of any help? Thanks a million!

It's probably something under Options -> Device Setup (or maybe Device Properties???) that's off-kilter.

Make sure your soundcard is selected there. Of course, it'll help to get info on your soundcard, your motherboard, anything else in the signal chain.

Go to Options/Device Order and make sure your device is selected to record and play back.

Ok Thanks, i went to options->Device order and the headset was not listed, how can i make it listed so i can add it to both the playback and record options?

Edited:
Thanks I got it to work, I just went to Device properties and made the headset the #1 Wave in option, and now it works like a charm! Thanks!
