Total Training tutorial video

Hello, first post in this forum. I tried a search for this topic but came up with "no matches". Any of you here purchased the instructional DVD from http://www.totaltraining.com/store/2...on.asp?mscsid= for Audition? Just wondering if it's worth forking over the 89 bucks. I don't have a lot of experience with computer recording. I suppose I could get all the same info from this forum as from any video.

CEP 1.2 came with a tutorial. It's a shame they didn't continue the practice.
