Piezos for electric

Anyone have any recommendations for a piezo pickup? I don't want to replace my bridge 'cause it's a locking trem which I utilize with abandon, so I'm looking for the kind you can install right below the bridge humbucker. My guitar is an Ibanez S-370DX.

Those are not pezio pickups, they are individual magnetic pickups for each string, and are for use with (mostly) Roland’s guitar synth stuff. They are useless for getting an acoustic sound.

I have never seen a pezio equipped Floyd style bridge, which is what it sounds like you are after, so I am afraid you are out of luck.

Hmm, interesting. A good friend of mine who has been modding guitars for probably 20 years now says that these things exist. I'll have to question him further.

There are pickups for Strat type bridges, but not for the full locking types, at least not that I have seen. If you hear of something, the let me know, as I would like to have the information. As for the ones which sit in front of the bridge, a piezo crystal in that position would never get enough vibration to make a useful sound.
