Logitech Z-680's as studio monitors?
Ok, so I would rather not spend the money on studio monitors right now. I have the Logitech Z-680's and I was wondering how they would fair as studio monitors. Anyone have any input here?
Thanks,

actually
Alesis seems to think they're fine your speakers I'll say this, I have them for my gaming rig, and have used them to AB mixdowns after hours. Honestly they sound pretty damn good for what they are. They're miles ahead of any headphones you might use, and a good start, just make sure that you listen to a lot of music on them, so you get used to how they sound.
They're not a permanent fix though... and the number one problem will be making the sub neutral, as its a powerful little cube and could lie to you about the bass in your mixes. Anyhow, not at all bad... I nearly s**t a brick when I saw the alesis repackage for more money. Regards, Rich

haha me too man. That's why I asked about it. I was looking at studio monitors and saw those... WTF!??! They're the same thing as my logitech's but Alesis on them instead! So then I decided I would get the input here. Thanks for the first hand input. Anyone else have suggestions, comments, or experiences?
thanks!

They are all there, but I use the stereo setting when I mix... and actually currently, I only have the front left, right and center speakers connected. Plus the sub.

No no, I meant I only have those connected right now. When I mix though, I only use left and right
