track markers on one long file?

Hi. I have a long wave file that I recorded live from my band.

How do I unsert track markers so that I can change songs after I burn this to a CD? I have been cutting the songs out and saving them as individual tracks, but this takes so damn long. Isn't there a way that I could simply insert a track marker after each song, and burn the entirew thing and have my cd player be able to go from track to tracks?

You can insert cue points by pressing F8 at any point in the recording.
