MXL V69 Mogami Edition ?!?!?

O.K. everyone, I know it's marshall electronics but I've been hearing GOOD things about this mic. I just A/B ed the RODE NTK, AKG 3000b and the Audio Technica 3035. I was very disappointed in the AT. The AKG was extremely clear and the NTK was SMOOTH as SILK. Now I hear about this mic and I've got some more research to do...DAMN!

This mic would be used mainly for vocals and sometimes an acoustic guitar.

Any opinions- Please Help
