Need Music for Compilation!!

The Local Mix has a great opportunity for talented/eager musicians who want their music heard on a national level.

Amped: Coast to Coast is a 2-disk compilation which is set to be released nationwide in May. We are currently looking to fill the final few slots we have available. We are accepting ALL genres, as this will be a very diverse disk Latin Funk, Hardcore Metal, R&B, Rock & Roll and everything in between.

We are producing 1500 double-disk sets to be released and submitted through 4 forms of distribution.

1) Through the artists themselves:
If selected, you will receive 20 copies of the CD for personal distribution; be it sales, giveaways, or creating wonderful lightshows in a microwave. A full lineup of bands will be provided once all slots are filled.

2) Through TLM Enterprises, LLC.:
TLM will be distributing these disks, along with a professionally designed media kit to nationwide record labels, (including Rude Boy, Irresponsible Records, Ipecac, Arista, Concrete Planet and more) as well as to radio stations across the USA, UK and Canada. They will also be distributed to industry reps, A&R managers, etc. at targeted promotion and music development companies.

3) Through The Local Mix website, and its affiliates:
There will be a special section of The Local Mix showcasing talent featured on this compilation, heavy promotion through the site, as well as newsletter pieces, press releases, and affiliate links.

4) Through Crack The Whip Promotions:
One of the most successful and dedicated promotions companies on the East Coast, CTWP, based out of NY, will help distribute the disks through their promotional opportunities at National events, in promo bags, and through their network of contacts across the nation. With our expansion from coast to coast, this disk has turned out to be bigger than anticipated. Unfortunately we only have a few slots open so not everyone will be picked. Fear not, this is just the first in a series of compilations that we will be releasing in the coming months.
