Room Recording?

Is really the right room recording matter for ur vocals to come out 100% good. I can tell when i record that my vocals sound close but also sound like im in a room thats empty. I don't know. I was just wondering if i bought the padding for recording and put it in a closet no bigger then a phone booth. Will my vocals come out Perfect. Or will it sound like im in a small room?????????

Well... yes..... if the room didn't matter, then sudios wouldn't have to bother with expensive acoustic design!

hey while your in the closet...be sure to throw a few gain scented or "snuggle fresh" towels around.....helps with long sessions and people that didnt take a shower before they came
