I have the ADAT Xt 20. Its a wonderful machine but I swear to the Lord almighty that it colors the sound of my acoustic.
I can listen to my recordings and say, "That is obviously a digital recording. What I can do?

A} Get the newest Alesis product

B} Get better out board converters

C} Bypass the converters and use the ones in my TC M-300

D} Shut up and stop whining

If you would like to infuse your mixes with the tone of tubeness, I'd suggest using plugins by PSP or if you already like your existing compressors and EQ's, you could use voxengo's WARMIFIER to infuse your recordings.

You might try a better Word Clock. What preamps are you using? They could be the real culprit.

No, you dumb fuck.... problems in a programming language's syntax come up as a syntax error by the compiler or interpreter. A logical error is a bug in the program that may or may not be evident at run-time.
