Question Not sure if MIDI question.

Wasn't sure if this should go into the keyboard/synth, the Drums or the SONAR areas...didn't want to get slammed for double posting so, I'll start here.

Trying to get out of my tracking and mixing chair to work on some of my own tunes for a change.

I've got a Triton 88 LE keyboard whick I acquired mostly for my clients to play and some minimal MIDI and synth stuff (not an expert in the MIDI realm). I also have SONAR 3.1.1.and a sizeable collection of drum sample CDs in various formats but mostly .wav and ACIDized .wav.

My question is this... can I use SONAR, MIDI, keyboard in some combination to access or play my stored sound files? Slicey Drummer, Session Drummer or Fruity Loops...would these do it any easier?

Thanks,

The acid loops will play from within Sonar. The wav files would be easiest to trigger if you get a software drum synth like DR008 from FXspansion or Battery or others. They you can load the sample into a virtual pad and trigger it with midi by entering notes in piano roll or entering notes via keyboard.

Take Care
