What info should I include on my promo cd....?

I have the name of the cd, artists, tracklisting, "for promotional use only" our contact information and website URL... Am I missing anything?? I didn't include track times... I included a sample, thoughts? Also this is NOT a paper label, i'm printing this directly on the disc...

Looks good to me...
You might want to put your location on there, maybe under the "Get It Right Records LLC" part, unless you plan on marketing nation-wide.
But really, it looks great. Clear, concise, informative, has the phone number and URL...

okay, should i put the mailing address p.o. box, or is that a bit too much info? just the city/state would be fine?

I suppose PO Box wouldn't hurt, but I mainly meant city and state so that people know what market you're in (in case the CD "travels" a bit).
