Blank CD
Does anyone know where I can get blank gold CDs for recording, with no lettering or manufacturing logo, just plain silver gold disks? Mejier used to sell them in 100 pks for $30 bucks but they all have lettering on them now. I forget who the manufacturer was. Help me out. Is there another source?

Just about any larger office supply will have them...
They'll probably be matte finished (for priniting) but I've seen them glossy (for thermal stamp) also. John Scrip - www.massivemastering.com |

Thanks for that link, however, they dont show you a picture or give a discription. so I dont know which ones are unmarked.
Also, should I get R or RW? And what is the difference? Is there a difference between cd's in quality for recording? And if so, how do you tell? Thank you. |

I use Microboards Taiyo Yuden Cd-R's for burning using a computer-based cd recorder. They are blank and go for about $29 for a spindle of 50.
