so I won't go into any details right now,.... just know that I am trying another variation on my RIB cookin for tonights dinner,....

I thought that if I was gonna be any good, ya gots ta practice,..... so I do,......


Many, many many times,.... slight variations so I can zero in,......



Anyone who has something in mind for eats at the fest,.... put it down right here,.... we will try to make accomidations for every taste,..... including Vegitarians,.... so just speak up,..... and put it in writing....

Lightbulb Is prep space is available on site?

I've got an idea of something I'd like to do for the vegi's, just need space to assemble, 1 burner and an oven that can hold 2 #200 pans.

Last year I brought a big pot of chili and some pork shoulder ribs I BBQed and some hot dogs and chips and stuff. Will probably do the same again this year.
Remy ate alot of those sausages.
