i got this 'more specific than the next to useless ez-8 manual' advice from an event tech:
Quote:
'share driver' was not selected, so i tried selecting it. then - and since - all i have is some adobe driver for my hercules fortissimo 7.1 soundcard. i have the sample rate, in ez-8 properties and sonar, at 44.1. the 'stream 16 bit' is set to '32 bit left.' i just don't get it. the fact that there's no useful documentation on this ez-8 card pisses me off considerably. i'm not computer dumb by any stratch, but i AM new to all this digital audio stuff. even so, i'm a very quick study - IF I HAVE REFERENCE TO DRAW FROM! i believe i'll mention something, to that effect, to the event tech. can't anyone, here, help out? experienced, educated guesses beat what i've got, at the moment.
