TapeOp interview w/Fran Manzella

Has everyone seen this interview?
He touches briefly on bass traps, and calls membrane and Helmholtz resonators "tuned".

It seems he is recommending "Lots of insullation stuffed in corners".

And another ambiguous remark "trap a cavity behind some insullation or behind a membrane". Is he speaking of two types of "membrane" traps?

And this statement;
"go to any corner and cut out as much space as you can and fill it full of insulation", seems to refer to batts of insulation...?

Does anyone have a clarifying interpretation of this?
